How do I use the gel?

Take 1–2 tablespoons daily. Add it to smoothies, juices, teas, or meals. You can also apply it as a face mask for hydration and nourishment.

Is your sea moss wildcrafted or pool-grown?

We use only wildcrafted sea moss sourced from clean ocean waters. We never use pool-grown or farmed sea moss to ensure purity and maximum mineral content.

How should I store my M92 Sea Moss Gel?

Refrigerate after opening. It stays fresh for 3–4 weeks. For raw, dried sea moss, store it in a cool, dry place until ready to use.

Do you offer raw Sea Moss or just the gel?

Both! Our ready-to-use gel is convenient, while our raw sea moss lets you prepare your own at home.

Is M92 Energy Inc. safe for everyone to use?

Sea moss is a natural whole food, generally safe for most people. Consult your healthcare provider if you have allergies (especially to iodine or seafood), thyroid issues, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How quickly will I see results?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or returns. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. Contact the carrier to file a claim. We may assist in resolving the issue but are not liable for packages after shipment.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@m92seamoss.com with photos and a description. We’ll review your case and determine if a replacement or credit is appropriate.
