Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@m92seamoss.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and determine if a replacement or credit is warranted.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason not covered above, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit for the product cost (excluding shipping and handling). Store credit is issued only after we review and approve your request. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or credits that do not comply with this policy.
