Experience a refreshing and nutrient-packed lemonade that combines the bright zing of fresh lemon with the mineral richness of sea moss gel. This drink supports hydration, immunity, and skin health while delighting your taste buds.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Juice from 3 to 4 lemons (approximately ½ cup)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sea moss gel (adjust for preferred thickness)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons natural sweetener such as raw honey, maple syrup, or agave (to taste)

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger juice
  • A few mint leaves
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Sliced cucumber or berries for infusing

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or large jar, combine the water, lemon juice, sea moss gel, and sweetener.
  2. Blend or stir well until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity to your preference.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint, lemon wheels, or fruit slices for a vibrant touch.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
